3 Hours Before Flight Time
Welcome to India. Today you will land in Delhi and our representative will drive you to Mathura in an air-conditioned vehicle. Mathura is a holy city in India dedicated to the birth of the most revered God in Hinduism – Lord Krishna. The legend says that Lord Krishna was born and brought up here in Mathura.
You will be checked-in the hotel and then visiting Vrindavan where Lord Krishna spent most of his childhood days. Visit the Govind Dev Temple – built in 1590 and a testimony to the architectural splendour of medieval India. We proceed to Rangaji Temple – Vrindavan’s longest temple constructed in 1851 with a 50ft tall ‘Dhwaja Stambha’, believed to be gold-plated.
Thereafter we will visit Madan Mohan Temple situated near Kali Ghat, Glass Temple and the Bankey Bihari Temple – one of the oldest temples built-in 1921.
This day you will be driving to Agra from Mathura, which is about 50 kms. Later in the day, we will proceed for a sightseeing tour of Agra visiting Sikandra, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Swami Bagh Samadhi, Mankameshwar Temple, Guru ka Tal & Ram Bagh.
This day, we will be driving to Ayodhya which is about 100 km after an early breakfast.
Ayodhya is a temple town from the Hindu epic Ramayana that is best discovered on foot. Here, not only you will visit important Hindu pilgrimage sites but also, the Buddhist and Jain pilgrimage sites too.
Today, we will take full day temple tour of Ayodhya that includes Ram Janmabhumi, Kanak Bhavan, Nageshwarnath temple, TretaKe Thakur, Lakshmana Ghat, Mani Parbat, Hanumangarh & Chhoti Chhawni.
Today, we will be driving to Varanasi, the oldest inhabited city in India and the city of Gods. We will take a full-day sightseeing tour that includes Bharat Mata Temple, Durga Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple and Tulsi Manas Temple. In the evening visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and attend the evening ritual of Aarti at the banks outside the temple, offering your prayers to River Ganges. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.
Sightseeing has not ended yet. Home to renowned more than100 religious ghats (banks of river Ganges) and numerous temples, the city is full of Hindu Pilgrimage sites. Today, you will be visiting Banaras Hindu University followed by a visit to Archaeological Museum, Bharat Kala Bhawan and Ramnagar Fort. Later we will have an excursion to Sarnath.
Today, we will be driving from Varanasi to Allahabad, which is about 146 kms. Then, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Allahabad including Sangam, Allahabad Fort, Patalpuri Temple, Ashoka Pillar, Akshayavat, Hanuman Temple, Shankar Viman Mandapam, Mankameshwar Temple, Minto Park (Madan Mohan Malviya, Park), Anand Bhawan, Swaraj Bhawan, Jawahar Planetarium, Bharadwaj Ashram, Beni Madhav Temple, Khusru Bagh, Alopi Devi Temple, Kalyani Devi Temple, Nagvasuki Temple, Nehru Park, Saraswati Ghat Park, and Bharadwaj Ashram Park.
Today, we will be covering 140kms to Chitrakoot, another important Hindu Pilgrimage Site. Today’s sightseeing tour includes Kamadgiri, Sati Anusuya, Sphatik Shila, Janaki Kund, Hanuman Dhara, and Bharat Koop.
After breakfast drive to Khajuraho. Here, we will be exploring Eastern, western & southern group of temples. Overnight stay at hotel.
Today, we will drive approximately 340 kms to the town of Vidisha. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast drive to Omkareshwar, which is about 340 kms. Upon arrival check into the hotel and later in the visit Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 Shakti-peeth. Overnight stay at hotel.
Today, we will be driving to Ujjain which is about 140kms. We will visit Mahakaleshwar temple for the darshan of Shree Mahakaleshwar. This is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas in India. It is believed that the lingam at the Mahakala was born of itself (swayambhu) deriving currents of power (shakti) from within itself as opposed to the other images and lingams.
We will be driving to Chittorgarh, which is about 340kms. Overnight stay at the hotel
Chittorgarh-Pushkar is approximately 140 kms, which we will be covering after a visit to the Chittorgarh fort. You will be visiting Dargah of Ajmer sharif en-route and attend aarti at the only Brahma temple in the world.
In the morning, we will again visit the temple & take a lake tour of Pushkar. Later we will drive to Jaipur and visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, Lakshmi Narayan Temple. Evening transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Today, we will visit Amber Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh Fort, Gaitore. Later drive to Delhi.
