Arrive Delhi. You will meet our representative at the airport and transfer you to the respective hotel. Delhi, as we all know that it is a major getaway to India and serves as the bustling metropolis that is a beautiful amalgamation of the ancient with the modern.
Delhi is definitely one of the greenest cities in India and known for its large & beautiful gardens; In the evening visit Garden of Five Senses, which just not only serves as a park but a one-stop for a variety of activities, inviting public interaction and exploration. Overnight at Hotel
After breakfast, we will commence city tour that includes a visit to Humayun’s Tomb, Lodhi Garden and Qutub Minar. The major highlight of the tour is meeting with a botanist over lunch at Lodi – The Garden Restaurant.
After breakfast, visit Mughal Garden, which is open for public in the month of February and March. Later take a fascinating tour of Old Delhi. Take a rickshaw ride in the bustling market on Chandni Chowk. Also visit the Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India Mughal Gardens Check open dates.
Did you know that Mughal Gardens at the Presidential Estate is considered as the jewel of the gardens in India, it covers an area of 13 acres? The garden has more than 250 celebrated varieties of roses, which makes it one of the best Rose Gardens in the world.
Check-in at the hotel. Chandigarh has the distinction of having a unique world-acclaimed Rock Garden Created by Mr Nek Chand Saini. It consists of art objects, fashioned from industrial and urban waste. After lunch (on direct payment), visit Rose Garden. The garden offers more than 1500 varieties of roses & the Botanical Garden. Zakir Hussain Rose Garden is Asia’s largest Rose Garden and is spread over 30 acres of land having over 1600 different Species or roses. Later proceed for city tour of Chandigarh a half-day tour of the city includes a visit to the Secretariat and Legislative Assembly, the multi-pillared High Court, State Library and University and the beautiful Sukhna Lake. You will leave for Shimla in a private air-conditioned car after breakfast en-route visiting Pinjore Gardens (30 Minutes from Chandigarh and remains open till 1800 Hrs).
Pinjore Gardens – the seven terraces at Pinjore, descend into the distance and achieve an almost magical effect. Nawab Fidai Khan, a great architect and foster brother of the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb is said to have designed the idyllic gardens. Overnight stay at a hotel in Shimla.
After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Shimla. The British called Shimla the “Queen of Hill Stations.” Situated in the foothills of the Himalayas, Shimla covers the area of 18 sq. km. at a height of 7,238 ft. and stunningly surrounded by pine, deodar, oak and rhododendron forests. Today you will enjoy the toy train ride to Solan connecting further with a train to Delhi. Packed picnic lunch will be given to you for the train journey. Upon arrival in Delhi, check-in at the hotel. Overnight at Hotel Day
After breakfast, you will be driven to Agra in your private car. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Famous for marble white Taj Mahal, the city is still associated with its Mughal period. Visit Rambagh Garden Situated just about 5 km towards the northeast of Taj Mahal is the oldest Mughal Garden in Agra, Originally built by Emperor Babur in 1528, Ram Bagh was the first Persian Garden that was created to represent an ideal Islamic Paradise. After breakfast, proceed to visit Agra Fort, the seat of the Mughal Empire. Continue to Mother Teresa’s Charity Home, a residence for orphans of all ages which is supported by the efforts of the Collette Foundation. Here, the sisters provide children with clothing, food, affection and quality education. Later, drive to Jaipur en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri – the deserted red sandstone city, built by the Great Mughal Emperor Akbar as his capital and palace in the late 16th century. After breakfast, take a city tour of Jaipur visiting the magnificent monuments and gardens. Amber Fort, drive past Palace of Winds, Jai Singh’s Observatory and museums at City Palace are some of the historical wonders to visit here. There are also amazing gardens in Jaipur and the tour will visit the Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh & Kanak Vrindavan Valley to name a few. Overnight at Hotel
After breakfast, drive to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, check-in at hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Hotel
